Two Female Art Entrepreneurs
“Creativity Takes Courage” -Henri Matisse.
Two partners -proudly female entrepreneurs in their own right, manage our space in Beirut.
Yasmine Dabbous, PhD, is a visual culture artist and researcher. Formerly an assistant professor of journalism and cultural studies at the Lebanese American University, Dabbous left her position to pursue a degree in jewelry and textile design at the Fashion Institute Of Technology in New York. She is the founder of Kinship Stories, a line of tribal art jewelry displayed at galleries and select boutiques in Beirut, NYC and Washington DC.
Nour Tannir is an interior architect with experience in interior styling, furniture design and turnkey projects. She joined the space a year after the launch and worked on expanding the concept. Like Dabbous, Tannir hopes to support art and design entrepreneurs launch and expand new careers in the field.

Meet Our Instructors
We are very proud of our instructors. Experts in their respective fields, they have collectively amassed a large body of work in art and design. Several have participated in solo or collective exhibitions and most teach at university level. Some instructors own businesses revolving around the topics they teach.
